Directions:
As an herbal supplement, take 1/2-2 mL (approx.14-56 drops) two to three times daily in juice or water before meals and/or at bedtime. This product is best used by gradually increasing dosage over a 2 week period with a 1 week break before repeating. Do not exceed the recommended dose. This product is not intended for long-term use.

I am very pleased with this product. I was taking another brand of the same product but it was suddenly unavailable. I ordered this and find it is a bit thicker and stronger than the brand I was using, plus it cost less so it is a double winner for me since I am struggling with a limited budget.
